Zorixo AuthPrivacy policy
Zorixo Auth collects no data. We have no servers for this app, no accounts, and no way to see your codes.
Where your codes live
- Your codes stay on your phone, kept in the phone's secure storage.
- If you turn on backup, an encrypted copy is saved in your own iCloud (iPhone) or your own Google Drive (Android). It is encrypted on your phone with a password only you know before it leaves the phone. We cannot read it and we cannot reset the password.
- If you export a backup file, it is encrypted the same way and goes only where you send it.
What we do not do
- No analytics.
- No crash reporting.
- No advertising or tracking.
- No sharing or selling of data, because we do not have any.
Permissions
- Camera: used only to scan QR codes on your device. Pictures are not saved or sent anywhere.
- Face ID or fingerprint: used only to unlock the app. Your biometric data stays with your phone's operating system. The app never sees it.
- Google sign-in (Android): used only to reach the private app folder in your own Google Drive for your backup. We do not read your other Drive files, your email or your contacts.
- iCloud (iPhone): used only to store your encrypted backup in your own iCloud.
The only network traffic is Google sign-in, iCloud and Google Drive, and only when you use backup.
Deleting your data
Delete the app to remove the codes from your phone. To remove backups, delete the Zorixo Auth backup files from your iCloud or the app folder in your Google Drive.
